How do I get started?
It's easy! Just give us a call at 303-794-7312 or stop by Monday - Saturday from 10 am - 3 pm with your machine to schedule your service. We also offer curbside drop-off! Just fill out the and we’ll have all your paperwork ready when you arrive.
What do I need to bring?
When dropping off your machine please include your foot control, power cord, bobbin case, and bobbin as well as a presser foot that can zig-zag stitch.
How long will it usually take to repair/service my sewing machine?
Sewing machines left with us will be finished within 7 - 10 business days.
When can I pick up my machine after it has been repaired?
We will notify you when your repair is complete. Repairs should be picked up as soon as possible after you're notified that your machine is ready. Any finished repair left over 12 months will become the property of The Creative Needle.
