Trunk Show and Reverse Applique Class with Windmill Quilts

Join us as we welcome our guest Elizabeth Whitehead, a quilter and photographer. from Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Elizabeth Whitehead (Liz) is an avid quilter with over 30 years of experience and a quilt designer for the last 11 years.   Her love of color and design started when she took a commercial art class in high school. Along with the skills she learned as a Civil Engineer (now retired) her love of building transferred to creating designs and using fabric as her medium.  Liz enjoys teaching quilting techniques from beginner quilters to advanced quilters and created two mystery blocks of the month, teaching various techniques along with fabric/color coordination as the year progressed. Liz currently designs quilts for several fabric manufacturers and has been featured in Better Home and Gardens Quilt Shop magazine and now has her own website showing many of the patterns that she has designed for fabric manufacturers.  She especially enjoys designing for quilt shops.
